Tara has worked in Talent & Recruitment, connecting diverse communities with employment opportunities across multiple vocations including advertising, architecture, and professional services. She is a proud of advocate for women and marginalized communities within science and technology fields. She continues to provide mentorship through various nonprofit organizations including the Parkdale Innovation Centre. Tara is fierce proponent of Canadian theatre and providing outreach to unique and underrepresented voices.
