The Need to Connect

How’s your heart and mind? With such shocking and tragic news coming out of Nova Scotia just days ago it can all feel to be too much. Our instinct to come together in times of heartbreak has to be resisted to protect those we love from the coronavirus, and we are left having to find new ways to connect.
